The Lakeside Cottage
This rustic lakeside cottage sleeps 5 and offers beautiful views of Caspian Lake. Enjoy views from the covered porch or while relaxing in Adirondack chairs on the 46' dock. Cottage has 150 feet of sandy beach in a picturesque cove. Cozy master bedroom with queen bed and oversized windows opening to lake, two additional bedrooms (one twin bed and two cot-sized beds), full bath with claw foot tub, full kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area and living room with wood burning stove (interior photos). Sorry, no dishwasher or laundry machines. Laundry services available locally.
Other amenities include charcoal grill, Sunfish sailboat, canoe and sailboards. Tennis available within 2 miles. Beautiful 9 hole golf course at opposite end of lake. Village and general store are three miles away.
$250 reservation deposit required per week (deposit applied to total cost of rental). Deposit is non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled at least four weeks before starting date.

$850/week. Prior to June 28th
$1700/week. June 28th to August 30th
$850/week. After August 30th
Be advised that in times of high water table, water use may be restricted due to limited septic system capacity.
