Deposit Policy
A deposit is necessary to secure a reservation. Deposits will be refundable up to one month in advance, although immediate notification of change of plans is requested. However, cancellations later than the one month cutoff will receive a full deposit refund if a replacement renter is found. Deposits are one quarter of a weekly rental amount.
Rental Rates
Rental rates vary with the season. Peak summer rental period is June 28 th to August 30th. Rentals are on a weekly basis unless otherwise noted, with the rental period beginning and ending about noon.

Off-season Rates
Off-season rates are half of peak season rates. All houses are available on a nightly basis in September and October, and on a weekly basis in June. From November until May, only the Four Season House is available. The fall/winter rate for the Four Season House is $100 per night (three night minimum), or $550 per week.
Property Information
Our waterfront property features three houses that are rented separately. The houses have shared use of our beach. Our boathouse has a downstairs storage area where we keep equipment, such as paddles, lifejackets, and beach toys, available for guest use. The upstairs of the boathouse is used as a residence by our on-site family member, and therefore is not available for rental.
